  • What do I have to do to get a business license for my car wash/detail business?
  • Please call the Engineering Department and ask to speak to a Stormwater Inspector.
  • Where are the Stormwater BMP Annual Compliance forms?
  • Stormwater BMP Annual Compliance forms are found in the Privately Owned Stormwater Management Facility section.
  • What documents do I need to submit for Industrial Annual Compliance?
  • The documents are listed on the Industrial Annual Compliance form on the Industrial tab. If the facility also has post-construction stormwater BMPs, then a Stormwater BMP Annual Compliance must also be submitted.
  • Why did I receive a blue postcard?
  • The postcard is a reminder to inspect, maintain, and report on your Privately Owned Stormwater Management Facility. You are also on our inventory to be inspected.
  • Why did I receive a green postcard?
  • This indicates your facility has a NAICS/SIC code that is in the Industrial Stormwater General Permit and you are on our inventory to be inspected.
  • Why did a receive a yellow postcard?
  • This indicates your business is considered a Highly Visible Pollutant Source, and you are on our inventory to be inspected.
