Site Development Plan Review
The Columbus Consolidated Government Engineering Department provides comprehensive Site Plan Review for development within Muscogee County. The development review process is the process by which developers work with department staff to ensure their project meets the needs of the developer, as well as follows established regulations and policies of the city. It is our goal to create a positive, effective, working relationship with developers to enhance the local economy and produce quality developments that contribute to Columbus’ quality of life for both residents and businesses.
