Plan Review Meetings

Plan Review Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Annex Building (420 10th Street). These meetings will be scheduled in thirty (30) minute intervals and must be scheduled by 12p.m. the Friday before the desired meeting day. We encourage owners, designers, and consultants to bring site development projects to a Plan Review Meeting at any stage in the pre-design or design process. These are informal meetings with City staff from all site plan reviewing departments (Engineering, Arborist, Planning, Inspections and Codes, and the Fire Marshal's Office).

To request a Plan Review meeting be placed on the Plan Review Meeting agenda, please email Rebecca Ball (email: ball.rebecca@columbusga.org) and provide the following information:

  • Name and Contact Information
  • Company Name
  • Address of Project
  • Detailed Description and Scope of Project (Residential or Commercial, building use, etc.)
  • Specific Questions to be asked (if applicable)
