Employee Rights Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. The Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP) is an optional benefit of the CCG Pension Plan that allows eligible employees to accumulate a lump-sum of money for retirement.
Implemented July 1, 2012, is a voluntary program that allows you to retire, for pension purposes, without terminating your employment for up to 3 years while your retirement benefits accumulate in a tax deferred account of the Pension Fund.
