Download the free Anthem Anywhere mobile app and select Register
Provide the information requested
Confirm your identity
Create a username and password
Set your email preferences
Follow the prompts to complete your registration

Temporary ID Card
Don't have your Anthem member ID card? Don't worry. You can print a temporary card to take to your doctor's appointment.

  1. Visit Anthem.com.
  2. Login or register (call Member Services for your ID number if you need it).
  3. Select the My Plan tab.
  4. Select ID Card from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the member's name.
  6. Your temporary ID card will display on the screen.
  7. Select the print icon to print.
