Your health and safety are our #1 Priority. Our drive-in events are intended to bring the community together in a safe and family-friendly environment. We ask all guests to adhere to our safety code of conduct which C.A.R.E.S.

Cover your face at all times.
Apart, maintain six (6) feet for social distancing.
Rinse, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you and our employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Columbus Civic Center Events.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guest with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending the Columbus Civic Center you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Questions & Answers

How Many Tickets Do I Need to Purchase?
Only one ticket per car is necessary. The one ticket entitles one vehicle to enter with up to 4-6 people per vehicle.

Can I Buy Tickets On-Site?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance for entry.

Can I Watch the Event Outside of My Vehicle?
Yes, the tailgating spaces are designed for guests to enjoy the event from outside of their vehicles while adhering to social distancing guidelines. If outside of your vehicle, you must stay within the designated tailgate space and be thoughtful of those around you. Due to local guidelines, commingling between spaces is strictly prohibited.

Does Everyone in a Vehicle Need a Ticket?
No, these events are ticketed by vehicle therefore you only need to purchase and present one ticket per car.

How Many People Are Permitted Per Vehicle?
The allowed amount of seats in a vehicle is the amount of people permitted per vehicle. This averages 4-6 people.

Can I Bring a Large Vehicle?
Buses, large trucks (anything larger than 4 wheels), recreational vehicles, limousines and other oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Are Spaces Reserved or General Admission?
Spaces are general admission within each price level. Please keep your ticket out and ready to show to our staff at multiple checkpoints until your vehicle is parked. You may not reserve a space for yourself or anyone else next to you.

Are ADA Spaces Available?
Yes and instructions will be provided at the time of arrival to help with any accommodations. We're here to help.

Will Food and Beverage Be Provided On-Site?
Yes. A simple menu of Food Truck items and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for pick up while maintaining social distancing guidelines at all times.

Am I Required to Wear a Mask While Attending the Show?
All venue staff are required to wear masks. At this time, outdoor guests are not required to wear masks while in or outside of their assigned tailgate area, however, all guests must wear a masks if leaving their space to use the restroom facilities or purchase food at the food trucks.

Will Restrooms be Available?
Yes, restrooms will be available for your use inside of the Ice Rink. When travelling to and from restroom facilities, guests are required to maintain social distancing. Masks are required inside the Ice Rink. Your safety is our priority and for that reason, restrooms facilities will be sanitized in accordance with current local guidelines.

How will I See & Hear the Event?
To see the event, it will be displayed on a stage which can be viewed from about 500 feet away. To hear the event, you will need to tune into a specific radio frequency which will be given at the point of check in and there will also be speakers.

What Happens If There is Inclement Weather?
We will communicate via email and/or social media if weather threatens the drive-in event for that evening.

Are Trucks or Taller Vehicles Going to Be Parked Further Away?
Yes, any vehicle that may obstruct the vision of other vehicles may be parked closer to the back or on the ends of the rows to allow for the best viewing of all guests.

Additional Rules & Regulations

  • No in and out privileges. There is a one-time entry; no re-entry is permitted for vehicle or by foot.
  • You may not exit your vehicle to sit with friends in another vehicle.
  • No pets allowed unless it is a certified service dog; if you bring your pet you will be asked to leave.
  • You must come in a vehicle that fits in one parking spot.
  • Headlights must be turned off while parked.
  • No sitting on your roof.
