Lost and stolen tickets are only able to be replaced at the Box Office and if the
tickets were purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com.
The purchaser on record must bring the credit card used for the purchase and a
valid, matching photo ID in order to have the tickets replaced.
Unfortunately, Columbus Civic Center is unable to reprint tickets that were
purchased via third party or resale sites. Please contact your point of purchase for
assistance in those cases.
