Single tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com and the Ticketmaster Box Office at Columbus Civic Center.

On Event days the office opens at 1 PM.

How to Buy Tickets

Tickets for the Columbus Civic Center events may be purchased online Via Ticketmaster or for our inhouse events you can visit Universe or stop but the Box Office during the hours of operations.

Who Needs Tickets

All children ages 3 and older must have a ticket to attend an event unless otherwise specified. Please confirm at the time of purchase if a ticket is required for your child.

For some family shows, age requirements may differ. Be sure to review the event details page for specific ticketing information.

The following are all valid forms of payment:

  • Discover
  • Tap To Pay

Personal checks and money orders are NOT accepted at the box office.

Children’s Admission

Children under the age of two years old do not need a ticket to enter if they sit in parent/guardian's lap. Any guest 3+ will require a ticket. Diaper Bags accompanying a child are permitted but are subject to search. Parents may bring in plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the stadium. Strollers are welcome inside Columbus Civic Center, but strollers must be checked inside.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Ticket Policy

Lost and stolen tickets are only able to be replaced at the Box Office and if the tickets were purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com. The purchaser on record must bring the credit card used for the purchase and a valid, matching photo ID in order to have the tickets replaced. Unfortunately, Columbus Civic Center is unable to reprint tickets that were purchased via third party or resale sites. Please contact your point of purchase for assistance in those cases.
