Executive Assistant to City Manager
Manage the administrative office of the City Manager to include daily office operations related to citizens and department heads of the CCG. Maintains the City Manager's calendar and meeting schedule, updates city manager's office website and monitor social media tools/outlets related to the city manager and the city manager's office. Prepares various reports for meetings, speaking engagements, etc.
Assistant to the City Manager, 311 Citizen Service Center Manager
Supervise/manage the preparation of the City Council agenda, conducts research and prepares various reports, to include newsletters, annual report, and budget for the office of the City Manager. Manage the mail distribution center/mail room and the records management center/records room for the Columbus Consolidated Government/CCG.
Directs, manages, and supervises the operations of the 311 Citizens Service Center, the CCG's universal customer contact center handling more than 200,000 calls annually with questions or requests for services. The CCG's 311 Center was the first designated 311 Center in Georgia.
