Message from the YAC President

I am Lucile Choudhury, a senior at Columbus High School, and I am truly honored to serve as your Youth Advisory Council President for the 2025-26 year. Having served on the council last year, I have witnessed firsthand the power of young people uniting to create meaningful change in the city. My vision for this year heavily emphasizes involvement. By engaging with our community directly, we gain real-world insight into the challenges Columbus faces and learn how to be a part of the solutions. This not only allows us to make an impact now, but to become effective changemakers in the future. I am eager to carry collaboration, initiative, and persistence throughout my term to continue to make a difference together.
