CURRENT 2022 TAX DIGEST AND FIVE YEAR HISTORY OF LEVY
The Mayor and Council of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia, do hereby announce that the millage rate will be set at a meeting to be held at the City Services Center, 3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, Georgia 31906 on June 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM for the first reading and June 28, 2021 at 5:30 PM for the second reading and, pursuant to the requirements of O.C.G.A. 48-5-32, do hereby publish the following presentation of the current year's tax digest and levy, along with the history of the tax digest and levy for the past five years. The millage rate consists of the Maintenance and Operating (M&O) levy.
Notice of Property Tax Increase «« UPDATE
The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia, has tentatively adopted a 2022 millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes in Urban Services Taxing District 1, 5, 6, & 7 and Urban Services Taxing District 2.
